NOTE: There are NO delays for Custom Group orders placed with a Stylist, or for Pre-Orders.
Processing delays due to COVID-19
Due to higher than normal volume and the impact of COVID-19, we're experiencing processing delays for online individual purchase orders. We are working hard to get orders out ASAP, while taking serious measures to keep our production team safe. Production will take longer than usual.
Please allow 2-7 business days before your order ships (shipping time is additional). You may experience shipping delays. You will receive an email once your order ships. If your order is still within our current fulfillment timeframe (3-8 business days), your order will be out for shipment soon.
Exception: Art Prints, Phone Cases, and Jewelry are currently shipping within 2-5 business days. Mugs are currently shipping within 3-8 business days.
